DIVISIONS & STANDARDS

Team of 2 | RX

For those who love the community aspect of fitness and are Rx’ing most workouts, we have just the thing.

AsRx 2-athlete teams (same gender). These athletes have a passion for functional fitness and can complete benchmark WODs AsRx.

 

NOTE: All weights listed are to be considering working weight, not a 1 rep max:

  • Snatch (165 lbs, 95 lbs)
  • Clean & Jerk (205 lbs, 115 lbs)
  • Skill proficiency is good to great in: C2B pull ups, double unders & toes to bar.
  • Teams should have one or more athletes who can perform high skill movements. (i.e Muscle Ups)

Team of 2 | MASTERS 35 +

MASTERS 35+ should be comprised of 2 athlete teams (same gender) . These athletes share a common goal of functional fitness and are working toward mastering their skills. These athletes have a passion for functional fitness and can complete benchmark WODs AsRx.

NOTE: All weights listed are to be considering working weight, not a 1 rep max:

  • Snatch (135 lbs, 85 lbs)
  • Clean & Jerk (185 lbs, 95 lbs)
  • Skill proficiency is good to great in: C2B pull ups, double unders & toes to bar.
  • Teams should have one or more athletes who can perform high skill movements. (i.e Muscle Ups)

 

Team of 2 | INTERMEDIATE

Intermediate 2-athlete teams (same gender). These athletes have a passion for functional fitness and can complete most benchmark WODs as Rx.

 

NOTE: All weights listed are to be considering working weight, not a 1 rep max.

 

  • Snatch (115 lbs, 75 lbs)
  • Clean & Jerk (165 lbs, 85 lbs)
  • Skill proficiency is good to great in: C2B pull ups, double unders & toes to bar

Team of 2 | SCALED

Scaled 2-athlete teams (same gender) should be comprised of athletes residing in the Caribbean. These athletes share a common goal of functional fitness and are working toward mastering their skills. They are likely new to competing and are looking forward to the challenge of competition.

  • Snatch (65 lbs, 45 lbs)
  • Clean & Jerk (75 lbs, 55 lbs)
